Lorman House is a Live/Learn Housewhere the occupants live and learn in structured workforce development programs.It will headquarters MOVA(Men of Valuable Action), an organization that supports men in Sandtown, including those returning from incarceration.

After renovations, the rst oor will contain oce and meeting spaces; and a worker-owned landscaping company responsible for maintaining the CJPARK green spaces will operate out of the rear.

The second oor will be the residence for ve returning citizens who will have the option to participate in the landscaping workforce development program.
