ROOSEVELT V. BOONE III, JD


Roosevelt Boone is a graduate of the Howard University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland at College PARK with a BA in African Studies, BS in Government and Politics.


Doctor Boone is a spiritual being, scientific socialists, and humanitarian activists. He has participated with, worked on, and created many activities throughout the country; with the intent to create capacity building opportunities for those that have been disenfranchised and miseducated politically, socially, economically and spiritually.


Dr. Boone is thankful for opportunities to teach and learn from his communities as a
professor at Morgan State University, Michigan State University; and as a consultant for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Enterprise Foundation, New York Research Development Corporation, Community Building in Partnership, Housing Authority of Baltimore City. He presently sits on several community-based Boards and was a grant reviewer for BYCF.
